SamMobile received images of a rumored Samsung Galaxy ‘Memo’ device from an anonymous tipster this morning, based on the Galaxy Note series. There is not confirmation at this time on whether the images are real or not, so take this report with a grain of salt. Rumors say that the device will have a 4.5-inch full HD TFT LCD screen, 1.4GHz quad-core processor, 2GB RAM, an 8MP camera, Android 4.2.2, and Samsung’s TouchWiz UX.
